Can I choose or change my DeBhoelai ID?

No. The DeBhoelai ID is uniquely generated and assigned to you and your private data when you register to use our service.


Can I change my other private data?

Yes. Your first name, last name, password and email all can be changed at any time. Use the 'my profile' page when logged in.


I can't find the affirmative email in my inbox?

If you apparently haven't received the affirmative email with your login credentials, then perhaps please check your email spam-folder.


Is the service really free of cost?

Yes. Our data hosting and porting service is free of cost.


Why is there an intro film to my storage account?

This is our revenue model based on content targetting advertisement.


Where and how can I add a friend to my friends list?

When logged in, go to 'my profile' page. Add a new friend by using your friends' DeBhoelai ID.


How can I share data to specific friends?

First you have to add your friend to your friends list. Then use the link 'specific' at the 'storage' page - 'my files'.

My friend can't find my shared data to him?

Your friend have to add you to his friends list first. Then use the drop-down menu 'friends' files' at the 'storage' page.


Can I share a whole folder at once?

No. Only individual data can be shared. Data into the folder must be shared selecting one by one.


Can I delete my DeBhoelai-account?

Yes. Be quite sure to put this into process. When logged in go to 'my profile' page and execute it.


Can data be recovered from my deleted account?

No. You have been warned when you were in the process of deleting your DeBhoelai-account.


Which version of Java is needed for the uploader?
